Suji Sessions: Sydney Smith

Hey Sydney, let’s kick things off—tell us a little about your background.

I’m 22 and just graduated from Samford University with a degree in Sports Marketing. I’ve always been super outgoing and energetic, especially on the competition floor. I’m a CrossFit athlete, and right now my biggest goals are to make some serious noise as an individual, go back to the Games as part of a team, and stay healthy while having fun along the way.

What first got you interested in Suji?

I’m always looking for tools that actually make a difference. Suji stood out because it didn’t feel like just another recovery gadget. Once I tried it, I could tell right away that it was helping me activate the right muscles and protect my joints.

What did you notice in those first few sessions?

It felt like my muscles were turning on in a way I hadn’t felt before. My warm-ups were more effective without having to load up heavy weights, and I felt more supported during workouts. It wasn’t just relief. It was reinforcement.

How does Suji fit into your training goals this year?

CrossFit takes a toll. Staying in the game means being smart about recovery. Suji helps me feel more prepared going into each session and gives me confidence that I’m protecting my body while getting stronger. It’s a key part of my daily routine now.

What does “Relief That Rebuilds” mean to you?

It means taking care of your body in a way that sets you up for the long term. Suji helps me feel better today and stronger tomorrow. It’s not just about bouncing back. It’s about building the foundation to go further.

Who do you think Suji is for?

Anyone who moves with purpose. Whether you're chasing performance goals or simply want to feel good while staying active, Suji helps you stay consistent and train without hesitation.

Where can people follow you?
