Amazing unit and amazing customer service
I was torn between the Suji and Kaatsu devices. I opted for the Suji and I'm more than happy with my decision.
I much prefer the wider cuffs as opposed to thinner bands - I'd previous experience using elasticated bands before I received the Suji device.
The quality of the whole shebang's exceptional, and it all packs nicely into a sturdy carry-case.
I had an initial issue with bluetooth connectivity that one of the technical lads resolved almost immediately.
To summarise, I think the whole BFR thing's all very compelling and this particular unit's absolutely fantastic.
I honestly can't recommend highly enough.

How many Letters of Medical Necessity does a customer need to obtain?
Each Letter of Medical Necessity can cover multiple qualified products and is applicable to Suji purchases. Prior orders can be reimbursed subject to rules set by HSA/FSA providers.
How long does the Letter of Medical Necessity last?
Each Letter is valid for 12 months before it needs to be renewed.
How do I pay for Suji?
You can keep purchasing Suji Pro the same way you always would. Upon approval, Truemed then provides the documentation to submit with your reimbursement claim to your HSA/FSA provider. You can either submit claims individually or all at once at the end to the year.
- Suji has partnered with Truemed to allow you to use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA). This means you may be eligible to buy Suji Pro with pre-tax dollars, resulting in net savings of 30-40%.
HSAs and FSAs were created for you to spend tax-advantaged dollars on products and services that can treat or prevent medical conditions and TrueMed is making it easy to do just that. All you have to do is purchase Suji Pro the same way you always would and take a quick health survey to determine eligibility. Upon approval, Truemed then provides the documentation to submit with your reimbursement claim to your HSA/FSA provider. You can either submit claims individually or all at once at the end to the year. - Truemed is for patients for whom the selected product has been proven to prevent or reverse a condition you care about. An asynchronous health survey will determine eligibility and take qualified patients to payment.
